Any person who suspects fraud, waste, abuse, or ethics violations at San Jacinto College should report their suspicions immediately. Here’s how to file a report.
How to Report Fraud or Ethics Violations
You can make a report to your supervisor, the chancellor, or a member of San Jacinto’s strategic leadership team. Find contact information for San Jacinto’s leadership team.

You can call Ethics Point to report a fraud or ethics violation at 844-673-8240, or you can make an online report.
You can report fraud or an ethics violation to the state’s auditor by calling 1-800-TX-AUDIT (1-800-892-8348) or making a report online.
